01.01.2012 asutati riiklik Müokardiinfarktiregister (EMIR). Registri vastutavaks töötlejaks on Sotsiaalministeerium ja volitatud töötlejaks SA Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum. Registril erialase sisulise tegevuse tagab EMIR Teadusnõukogu. Registri koduleht asub aadressil www.infarkt.ee
